This has been signed by both Walter Payton & Emmitt Smith, one in black marker and one in blue marker. I have owned this card since the mid 90′s when I personally witnessed it being signed by both players. I used to have a sports card shop during the mid 90s and the card is accompanied by the original certificate from my shop. I guarantee it’s authenticaty 100% by any third party psa, james spence.
