This item is an original, vintage circa early-1970′s suspension helmet issued to and game worn by Craig Morton from the Dallas Cowboys during his time on the team from 1970-74! This helmet has solid, clear evidence of game use including scratches, scuffs, paint transfers, small chips, and other wear that is consistent with game use! This helmet is in excellent display condition as a piece of NFL history and also comes with a Letter of Provenance (Authenticity) from the son of the NFL player, Bobby Franklin, who originally acquired it from Craig Morton while Bobby Franklin was a coach for the Cowboys until 1972.
