I have a game used Jeff Heath jersey used on 01/15/2017 NFC divisional playoff game against the Green Bay Packers. This jersey was also used for many games in 2016 leading to the playoffs. Some of the other games include 11/13/16, 12/18/16, 12/1/17, & the 01/15/17 playoff game. I included a picture of the photo match which shows numerous tears on the jersey.
