Vintage original and authentic Riddell Kra-Lite RK2 Football Helmet. For your consideration is this original authentic and vintage Riddell RK2 Kra-Lite helmet manufactured in the mid 1960s, with authentic original Riddell BD-9 2-bar facemask. This is the real deal! You are looking at an original helmet from the mid 1960s! This is not a reproduction or replica. The Riddell RK, known and recognized by the flared ear shell, was used by many Cowboys greats such as Don Perkins until the early 1970s. This helmet shows a very attractive new coat of Cowboys bluish silver paint, and has been customized with correct dymo-tape with Perkins name, and thin mil, and double layered star decals in the appropriate shade of royal blue as the Cowboys wore at that time. These stars are made from one piece of blue layered on top of one piece of white. Please see photos for condition.
