Game-used or team issued items will include all documentation associated when available. Very often, these helmets come from estate sales where documentation was not included. In these cases, we will include all the research, photo matches if available, and any other pertinent information we find on the helmet. A helmet that was game-used or team-issued, information about who it is associated in not available. Often in these cases, we take that helmet and refurbish it as a reproduction of a particular player. It is a reproduction using an actual gamer. A helmet not associated with a particular team that may be ideal for a project helmet or for parts. Very often, these are rare or highly-sought helmets. In addition to helmets, we also offer facemasks, chinstraps, padding, etc. To help you complete the helmet you’ve always wanted. We also occasionally offer other sports memorabilia items and various other collectibles. We will also offer helmets that are on consignment from other people. For sale is a preowned Vintage 90s Starter NFL Dallas Cowboys Size XL Full Zip Hooded Jacket. Item is used and in good condition for being close to 30 years old. A couple of condition details to point out, some slight staining/yellowing on the right shoulder, some of the stitching on the shoulders has come loose, and part of the Starter zipper tab is missing (“TER” and the star portion of the logo) but the zipper still zips up perfectly. REAL STUFF SPORTS CONTINUES ITS LINE OF NFL GREATS WITH THIS RARE HELMET. I’ve owned this helmet for many years. This is an original PPI helmet from the mid 1970s. It is the same model that Harvey Martin wore with the Cowboys. About as rare of a helmet as you will find. A handful of Cowboys wore a PPI helmet – don’t act like you knew that – but not many other players in the NFL used them. The helmet does not look like it was used. Martin wore this model of helmet during the majority of his playing days with the Cowboys, along with a MaxPro clear shell and a BIKE AiR Power. I love this helmet. One of the things that I like about it is the paint. Not the glittery, sparkly paint that you see on some Cowboys helmets. This one is very simple – in the Cowboys blue – just like the last photo of Martin in this listing. Martin in Dymo Tape on the rear. Helmet is a large 7 3/8 – 7 1/2. Green dot well worn mask attached – secured with slotted screws. Has a Rawlings chinstrap – four point low. Not many manufacturers made 4 point low chinstraps during the early 70s. Center stripe has aged to a beautiful off-white. If you know helmets, you may know what you are looking at – but I doubt it. This helmet is part of my personal collection and has been on display in a cabinet for years. Thinning the collection a bit and it can go to another collector. This is not a replica helmet, nor is it a brand new reproduction helmet that is now being offered. Great for the office, bar, or den. Excellent gift for the fan in your life.
