All of our products are cleaned and sanitized prior to being introduced to our customers to the best of our abilities. But keep in mind, we make mistakes sometimes. If we make a mistake we will do everything in our power to fix it. If your package/box arrives and it appears to be damaged physically or by sound, please reach out to us immediately and take photos of the packaging so we are able address the situation with the postal service right away. We may at times use news paper, magazine pages, paper, random branded boxes, foam cut outs and etc. There is always a possibility of a typo or an error that can potentially be made on our end without the intent of doing so. We are in the business of making it right for our customer and will always do everything possible to ensure we fulfill our promise of standing behind our products and how they are described with photos and descriptions.
